Recorded live at the Frome Ambient Festival, Silk Mill, Somerset.
David Vorhaus plays the Kaleidophon , which controls the ‘MANIAC’ which contains a series of interlinked instruments which he has created using NI Reaktor.
Mike Painter utilises a ‘P2’ gaming glove to control another series of custom instruments also contained within ‘Maniac’
Both players also use tablets utilising Hexler Touch OSC to further control various aspects of the numerous instruments.

White Noise is an English experimental electronic music band formed in London in 1968, and featured David Vorhaus along with Delia Derbyshire and Brian Hodgson from the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
After the release of the first album only David Vorhaus remained and he continues to release albums and play live with current band member Mike Painter.
